Girls Varsity Track

Joseph M. Herman started coaching Track and Field at Penn Manor in 1975. Fortunately, Janice, Joe's wife,

is a Track and Field enthusiast. Janice and Joe have two children, Kathy and Brian, and six grandchildren.

Joe currently coaches the throwers.
