Open Gym
Open gym for the up and coming will begin on Tuesday October 2nd and run until the first official day of practice. These open gyms will run every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00-4:30pm. We wll spend half the time in the weight room and the other time in the wresting room. These dates are subject to change depending on the number of wrestlers that prefer Tuesdays and Thursdays as opposed to Mondays and Wednesdays,
