Coach Baird’s joined the coaching ranks in 2019 with Penn Manor and runs the offense and his 12th season overall of coaching. Prior to joining the Comets, Lance coached at Franklin & Marshall College, J.P. McCaskey High School, Annapolis High School (Annapolis, MD) and St. Mary’s High School (Annapolis, MD). Lance played four years of football at Princeton University, where he earned all-Ivy honors in his junior and senior seasons. Before Princeton, Coach Baird played at American Heritage School (Plantation, FL) where he was an all-state and all-American offensive lineman. Coach Baird returns to the Lancaster area with his wife, Jamie, and his three beautiful children, Harper, Lila and Reagan. When he’s not coaching football, Lance is a serial entrepreneur.
